Yes, we can divide any tunnel orders onto multiple pallets to distribute the weight per pallet in shipping.

In order to do this, we charge $75 per additional pallet above what we would have sent.  For example, if an order weighs a total of 4500 lbs and we can load this weight onto two (2) pallets but a customer needs each pallet to weigh less than 1000 lbs.  We would then need to send five (5) pallets instead of two (2) and would therefore charge a customer $75 X 3 ($225 total) to account for the additional pallets needed to fulfill a customers request.

This charge is derived from a few different variables, not including the actual shipping charges:

$35- Cost of pallet

$10- Cost of packing materials per pallet

$30- Cost of labor per pallet
